Pricing FAQ

Why per project instead of per user?

Pipeline projects have hard start and end dates. CWIs rotate between projects. An inspector you hire for four months shouldn't cost you a twelve-month seat. Procore moved the industry away from per-user pricing for exactly this reason — unlimited users stops finance from blocking CWI adoption over headcount. Veriweld prices the way your projects are actually bid, budgeted, and closed out.

What happens when a project ends?

Read-only access to the project, its welds, reports, and turnover package is included for 12 months after closeout. Archived data is retained indefinitely. If you renew onto a new project, migration of settings and user accounts is included.

Can we run a paid pilot first?

Yes. First-project pilots are available at the Project tier for a 6-month term at $28,000 (prorated from the annual), with the option to extend or upgrade before month six. The pilot is full product, full support — not a feature-limited demo.

How does this compare to Procore?

Procore is a general construction management platform at roughly 0.1–0.3% of annual construction volume. On a $100M pipeline project, that's $100K–$300K per year. What's included in implementation?
